Quote requests submitted on your listing are captured in your portal inbox and emailed to you. On a free listing you see the enquiry summary — the customer's first name, city, date and the pest problem. Full contact details are part of the paid tier.

Full contact details are the paid feature that funds the directory. We think that is more honest than the alternative — charging per lead whether or not it converts, or selling the same enquiry to five companies at once. Upgrade and every lead unlocks in full.

Featured placement is sold per city and per service category, so pricing depends on how competitive your area is — a Houston termite slot is not priced like a rural county. Contact us with your target cities for current rates.

Yes, from your portal. Responses appear publicly under the review. We do not remove reviews for being negative, but we do remove abuse, obvious fakes and anything from a competitor — report it and we will investigate.

Portal → your listing → Service Locations. Add each town and your listing appears on those location pages. List areas you genuinely cover: padding produces enquiries you cannot service, and the reviews follow.

If you have claimed the listing, edit it directly. If you have not, claim it first so we know you are the owner. For anything you cannot change yourself — a duplicate listing, a wrong company name — email us and we will correct it.

Request removal from your dashboard and we will action it. No cancellation fee and no notice period. If you are leaving because the directory is not producing, tell us why — that feedback is more useful to us than the subscription.
